Michigan’s largest and most comprehensive jobs listing is mitalent.org which is dedicated to retaining Michigan talent and attracting new talent to Michigan.
I was tasked with redesigning mitalent.org to increase frequency of visits throughout a job seeker’s search for new opportunities. This was achieved by integrating the Pure Michigan Talent Connect “Faces” campaign into the online experience and encouraged visitors to create an account. Employers and HR professionals are then able to search and reach out to qualified candidates.
If the job seeker was brought to mitalent.org by targeted online media as part of the “Faces” campaign the job search field would be pre-populated based on banner category and feature jobs relevant to the category.
